I haven't really experienced lots of authentic sushi restaurants. But it was a great adventure trying everything we ordered. We got the hana sushi set and the daily fish sashimi set. We didn't have any reservations on a Friday night. Waited for 1 hour. Worth the wait. Place was nonstop packed and full. But the vibe was very nice. Locals just having a nice time. Not a lot of pictures because we ate it as it was served.

友人が予約してくれてはじめて入りました。以前入ろうとしたことがあったのですが、満席だったので、要予約ですね。奥まった場所にあり、本当にここで大丈夫？という扉です。西新の老舗のお魚料理屋さんです。 どれも美味しかったのですが、しゃこの刺身ははじめて食べました。こんなに柔らかくてとろけるものなのか…と感動です。シャコのイメージを覆されました。 その他、イワシの刺身、天ぷら、煮付け、マグロのレバ刺し、銀鱈みりんなどなど、いろいろと食べましたが、どれも美味です。 お寿司のシャリが少なめなので食べやすいです。入ったあとにすぐに満席になったので、みなさん予約して来られてるんだと思います。常連さんが多い感じでした。 西新に住んでいるときから気になってたお店に行くことができて大満足です。また行きたいお店です。

藤崎周辺で4軒目に行ってきました。ぎょうざ→鶏肉→焼き鳥ときたら寿司でしょう。ということでお店に入り、日本酒を注文。いろんな種類の日本酒があったので、普段飲まないエリアの日本酒を飲ませてもらいました。突き出しも美味しかったし、ゴマサバに子持ち昆布、そして特に驚いたのがシャコのお寿司。甘くて、生のシャコがこんなに美味しいとは知りませんでした。次はここだけでビールからスタートしたいです。ご馳走さまでした。
